3. Universal Payment and Refund Policy

You agree to pay all collection costs, including attorney fees and interest.

4. Intellectual Property and Trade Secrets Ownership:
All Program materials, including but not limited to scripts, systems, video lessons, and training documents, are the exclusive property of Bolton REI, LLC. Anti-Competition: You agree not to copy, redistribute, or use these materials to operate a competing coaching or training business.Injunctive Relief: You acknowledge that a breach of this section causes irreparable harm, entitling Bolton REI, LLC to seek immediate injunctive relief.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability No Guarantee of Results:
Bolton REI, LLC does not guarantee financial success, specific profit margins, or any specific investment outcome. Earnings Disclaimer: Any success stories shared are for illustrative purposes and do not represent a promise of typical results.Business Opportunity: Our Services are educational only and do not constitute a franchise, employment, or a guaranteed business opportunity.Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific Service in question.

6. User Conduct and Non-Disparagement Community Standards:
You agree not to engage in abusive or disruptive behavior in any of our private forums, including our Facebook communities. Non-Disparagement: You agree not to make any false or defamatory statements about Bolton REI, LLC or its owners publicly or privately. This does not restrict you from providing truthful testimony in legal proceedings.

7. Dispute Resolution Mandatory Mediation:
No legal action may be initiated until both parties have participated in mandatory mediation in good faith. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.Jurisdiction: All legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in the federal or state courts located in St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Florida.Time Limit: Any claim related to these terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

8. Right to Modify
Bolton REI, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms or the content of the Services at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
